WATCH: Trey Gowdy Questions IG Horowitz on FBI/DOJ Corruption

This week the U.S. House Oversight Committee held hearings into a recently released report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz. The 568 page report included details of activities that took place within the Federal Bureau of Investigations and Department of Justice during the investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private e-mail server.

Trey Gowdy (R-SC), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, questioned Mr. Horowitz for more than 15 minutes, probing the IG on allegations of bias within the FBI and DOJ.

The explosive IG report exposed actions and private communications of Federal officials investigating both Clinton and then-candidate Donald Trump, showing that both investigations were compromised by agents and officials who had pre-determined the outcome of the investigations before they even began.
